Common questions

What counts as a "place"?
A "place" is one nursing home or assisted living community you're tracking. Each place you add to your watch list counts as one against your plan's limit. Stop tracking a place anytime to free up a slot.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time -- the change is immediate and you'll see prorated credit on your next invoice. Downgrade any time too, but you'll need to stop tracking enough places to fit under the lower tier's limit first.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel any time from your account settings. You'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and your tracked places stay in your account if you decide to come back.
What happens after my free trial ends?
At the end of your 30-day free trial, your card is charged the plan price and your subscription begins automatically. To avoid the charge, cancel before your trial ends from your settings page, where your trial end date is always shown.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are handled at our discretion. If something has gone wrong or you've been charged unexpectedly, email us at info@seniorliving.watch and we'll work it out.
What's included in Enterprise?
