Assisted Living Coming Soon to Missouri

Nursing home tracking for Missouri is already live on Senior Living Watch through federal CMS data -- deficiencies, penalties, and Five-Star ratings, updated weekly. Assisted living, however, is regulated separately by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), and that's the layer we're working on next.

Once we bring DHSS inspection data online, families will be able to see citations, complaints, and inspection findings for Missouri assisted living the same way we already surface them for California, New York, Florida, and Texas.
